Our Care Team spend time getting to know residents’ personalities, preferences and concerns updating daily care records instantly via handsets with Person-Centred Software. PCS also assists us to monitor individual care plans in all of our homes, ensuring that each resident receives the most appropriate, person-centred care at all times.

Enjoying meaningful activities helps our residents to remain connected with the places and passions that mean the most to them. We use life history assessments and specialist techniques to explore the interests of each individual resident in depth and discover what appeals to them. Then we design a bespoke programme of activities to enrich their life through physical activity, mental stimulation, creative expression, socialising and, above all, fun.
Our Hospitality
We believe in delicious home-cooked food, attentive service and understanding what each resident enjoys. Our restaurant menu evolves with the changing seasons and tastes of our residents who help to plan each meal by offering our chefs feedback and ideas. From the fresh, locally sourced ingredients and nutritional balance to the attractive presentation, we’re there to listen and make sure that each meal feels like something special.

This was a superb home for dad to commence his attended care. The staff are supportive, friendly and attentive to all the residents’ needs. Cleaning and laundry services are ideal. Food was excellent with various choices to suit all tastes and appetites. When arranging outside hospital appointments the admin team ensured the visits were on time and transport and companions were provided. This is an excellent facility with exceptional staff, providing the best care.

Dad has now had several respite stays at Sutton Park Grange over the past few months, and what a wonderful place it is! The decor and ambience are incredible, but the staff are even better. The menu is varied and tasty, there are plenty of things to get involved in daily if you wish, but with the rooms as plush as they are, spending time catching up on your favorite TV in your room is also a good option.
