Cinnamon Care Collection Celebrates Top 20 Large Care Home Group Rating For 5th Year
For the fifth consecutive year, Cinnamon Care Collection, which owns and operates 21 care homes, has been named one of the UK’s Top 20 Care Home Groups by Carehome.co.uk, the UK’s leading care home reviews website.
The Carehome.co.uk awards are based on reviews from care home residents as well as their friends and relatives. Cinnamon Care Collection, which has invested in five new care homes this year, has been recognised as a Top 20 Large Care Home Group.
Wellington Vale and Mornington Court recognised as Top 20 Care Homes
In addition, two care homes within the group, Wellington Vale in Waterlooville and Mornington Court in New Milton, were both identified as Top 20 Care Homes in the South of England. There are over 17,000 care homes in the UK caring for around half a million people. Being selected by Carehome.co.uk as a Top 20 Care Home or Care Home Group is a significant accolade.
All care homes’ review scores were calculated using a combination of the number of reviews, the average of each of the ratings and the size of the care home. The homes were rated on overall standard, facilities, care/support, cleanliness, residents being treated with dignity, food and drink, staff, activities, management, safety/security, accommodation and value for money.
