Care Services Manager
What I do:
In May 2022, I made the pivotal decision to join Cinnamon as the Care Service Manager, a choice that has proven to be the most rewarding of my career. Following a brief hiatus, I have now embarked on a new chapter by recently becoming a member of the Eden Court team. This transition fills me with immense delight and gratitude, as I find myself privileged to be a part of one of the top 20 care homes in the United Kingdom.
In my role as Care Service Manager, I bear the responsibility of overseeing the comprehensive care of our residents, beginning from the preadmission stage. My primary objective is to ensure that the journey of care commences on the right footing, thus enabling us to provide each resident with an individualized, compassionate, and passionately delivered care experience.
This new opportunity at Eden Court represents an exciting and inspiring challenge. It is my sincere intention to contribute my expertise, experience, and unwavering commitment to the well-being of our residents, upholding the highest standards of care and ensuring their comfort, dignity, and quality of life. I look forward to embracing this role with dedication and enthusiasm, in keeping with the esteemed reputation of Eden Court as a leader in care services within the UK.
My experience:
My professional journey in the field of healthcare began in 2007 when I embarked on a career as a healthcare assistant within the esteemed National Health Service (NHS). This initial role allowed me to gain invaluable hands-on experience and served as a foundation for my subsequent educational and professional endeavours.
With a strong commitment to furthering my qualifications and contributions to the healthcare sector, I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Greenwich University. This academic pursuit proved instrumental in equipping me with a solid understanding of the principles and practices of nursing, enabling me to deliver high-quality patient care.
Seeking to broaden my knowledge and expertise in public health, I also undertook studies at the University of Sunderland, where I earned a Post Graduate Certificate in Public Health. This additional qualification deepened my understanding of public health concepts and their relevance in healthcare management and service delivery.
About me:
I am privileged to be married and a proud parent to three children who hold a special place in my heart. They are a constant source of inspiration and motivation in both my personal and professional endeavours. Beyond my work and family, I engage in a range of hobbies and interests. I have a keen interest in design, relishing the creative process and the opportunity to bring ideas to life. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoy the art of party planning, orchestrating memorable events and celebrations that bring joy to those I care about.

What I Do:
My team and I are responsible for providing seasonal, healthy, well balanced and enticing food for our residents, as it’s extremely important that nutritional needs are met.
My Experience:
I started to work in a kitchen 13 years ago as a dare, this changed my career forever. My first kitchen was a village restaurant and tried others, but I realised my passion would be to raise standards of ‘care home food’ and have discovered that I am able to create dishes that are as good and can exceed some restaurant dishes. I have a good relationship with our residents and making them happy at mealtimes is one of the most rewarding feelings.
About Me:
Not surprisingly creative cooking is my passion, Hungarian food is very close to my heart, I enjoy reading the classics. I would love to do a tandem jump for charity.

Claudine Rudall
Senior Activities Coordinator
What I do:
I am the Senior Activities Co-ordinator here at Eden Court. I am responsible for creating weekly activity schedules that are seasonal, exciting, inclusive, stimulating and fun. This includes, live entertainment, fun outings, activities centred around hobbies and interests, culinary masterclasses, and cultural days embracing dance, costumes, and foods from around the world.
My Experience:
I started my career in sales. I then moved into event planning & management before running my own business developing & delivering educational physical development session for pre-school children. And creating extraordinary entertainment packages for children’s parties, family gatherings & weddings. My career path changed course due to the COVID19 pandemic but led to a conversation with a friend who was managing a care home, she highlighted how my skills would be perfect in a care setting. I nursed my mother through a 12 year dementia journey, it is a cruel disease. I was shocked by the lack of mental stimulation available during a respite stay in care. But it gave me first-hand experience and how I can make a difference to our residents daily.
About me:
I live in Surrey with my husband. We are Aunty & Uncle to many beautiful children. I love cooking, entertaining, staying on our boat, sea fishing and family BBQ’s on the beach. I also love musicals, singing & Harley Davison Motorbikes.

As the Apartment Services Coordinator, my main role is to support our fantastic apartment owners to ensure a smooth and uncomplicated moving-in experience that is lasting. Subsequently I work closely with them after the move in to cultivate a community environment that feels like home. I am also privileged to work with both the Hospitality and Catering Teams to host different creative themed galas and events for the Apartments.
My Experience:
Having worked in Social Housing for a number of years I understand how daunting it can be to relocate to a new home, so my experience allows me to assist in making the transition as smooth as possible. While my previous experience has largely been with young, vulnerable adults and families I am excited to bring some of my skills to Eden Court. I particularly enjoy working in a meaningful way, in a face-to-face role where I can create a positive mindset and most of all help others.
About me:
I recently completed my Post Graduate qualification in Neuroscience and Psychology, so I have a deep understanding of isolation and loneliness which are a common concern particularly since the COVID-19 pandemic.
