Due to our growth, we are recruiting for a regional relief maintenance person to work across the portfolio of Cinnamon Luxury Care to support our homes during the absence of a Maintenance Manager and assist homes with redecoration works.

This role will cover all of the Cinnamon homes, South of England, London and Midlands so travel and overnight stays will be required.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with an eye for detail and passion for care to work across our homes. The candidate will have facilities management experience and a H&S qualification.  Decorating experience is desirable.

This is a hands-on role and appropriate experience and relevant qualifications in minor electrical, plumbing, joinery work and understanding of central heating systems is desirable.

Your main responsibilities will be to ensure high standards of maintenance throughout the home and grounds. You will organise and undertake general maintenance which may include; basic plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating, groundwork, general building work, replace light bulbs, cleaning gutters etc.
